Christina Bobb joined Higgs Fletcher & Mack in 2012, as an associate attorney after serving 4 years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate. Ms. Bobb's practice is civil tort and business litigation in California Courts with special emphasis on business disputes. She represents public and private clients throughout the litigation process from pre-lawsuit negotiations through trial. The focus of her practice is on the defense of businesses and individuals. Examples of Ms. Bobb's current work includes, but is not limited to, preparing and filing pleadings in both state and federal court, and actively handling matters at the initial phase of litigation on a variety of issues.
As a military attorney, Ms. Bobb served as a criminal defense counsel in Quantico, Virginia. During her time in Quantico, she represented Marines and Sailors at military criminal trials/court-martials, as well as Administrative Separation Boards and Boards of Inquiry. Her duties included preparing the evidence and arguments for trial, investigating the crime scene, drafting and arguing motions, and finally representing the accused at trial. In 2011, Ms. Bobb deployed with Second Marine Division from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to Helmand Province, Afghanistan. While deployed, she advised Commanding Officers on the Rules of Engagement and ensured compliance with the Law of War and Geneva Convention. Ms. Bobb is currently serving in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
Ms. Bobb attended California Western School of Law and San Diego State University for her Master of Business Administration.
