Ms. Bobb joined Higgs Fletcher & Mack in 2012 as an associate attorney after serving four years on active duty in the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate. Her practice is civil tort and business litigation in California Courts with special emphasis on business, employment, and intellectual property disputes. She represents public and private clients throughout the litigation process from pre-lawsuit negotiations through trial. The focus of her practice is on the defense of businesses and individuals. Ms. Bobb’s current work includes, but is not limited to, preparing and filing pleadings in both state and federal court, and handling matters at every stage of litigation.
As a military attorney, Ms. Bobb served as a criminal defense counsel in Quantico, Virginia. During her time at Quantico, she represented Marines and Sailors at military criminal trials/court-martials, as well as Administrative Separation Boards and Boards of Inquiry. Her duties included preparing the evidence and arguments for trial, investigating the crime scene, drafting and arguing motions, and finally representing the accused at trial. In 2011, Ms. Bobb deployed with Second Marine Division from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina to Helmand Province, Afghanistan. While deployed, she advised Commanding Officers on the Rules of Engagement and ensured compliance with the Law of War and Geneva Convention. Ms. Bobb is currently in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.
