Amanda McCarty is a member of the firm’s litigation group and has a wide range of experiences in all types of litigated matters including medical malpractice, transportation, business, and contract disputes. Currently, a large part of Ms. McCarty’s practice is dedicated to trust and probate litigation.
Ms. McCarty prides herself in establishing excellent client communication and relationships. She seeks to always exceed her client’s expectations.
While in law school, Ms. McCarty clerked for several local law firms, as well as the Legal Aid Society where she acted as an advocate for indigent individuals who were denied county and state medical coverage and services. She achieved several American Jurisprudence and Academic Achievement Awards in her law courses, specifically in Legal Research & Writing and Trial Evidence Advocacy. Ms. McCarty was selected to participate in her law school’s moot court program and competed in three nationally recognized mock trial competitions. She is a past president of the California Western Health Law Society and served as Editor to the Journal of BioLaw & Business. Upon graduation Ms. McCarty was admitted to the National Order of Scribes for excellence in legal writing.
