Litigator Amanda McCarty has represented clients in a wide-range of matters, including medical malpractice, transportation, business, and contract disputes. Currently, much of her practice is also dedicated to trust and probate litigation.
Ms. McCarty is results-driven, and believes that a key to her success is in developing strong relationships with her clients and thoroughly understanding their business needs. Earlier in her legal career, she clerked for several local law firms, as well as the Legal Aid Society of San Diego where she acted as an advocate for indigent individuals who were denied county and state medical coverage and services.
Ms. McCarty has been recognized for her legal research and writing abilities, receiving several American Jurisprudence and academic achievement awards. She is a past president of the California Western Health Law Society and served as Editor to the Journal of BioLaw & Business. She has been admitted to the National Order of Scribes for excellence in legal writing.
