Beau Bryant’s practice focuses on the representation of individuals and companies in complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on complex business disputes and professional liability matters.

Mr. Bryant’s practice spans a wide array of complex litigation matters. He has experience with securities litigation and professional liability disputes in both state and federal court, and he has helped clients navigate the complicated stages of the litigation process from inception all the way through trial. Mr. Bryant has experience assisting individuals as well as public and private companies in class action disputes, regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, disclosure and compliance obligations arising under federal securities laws, and other complex litigation.  Prior to joining HFM, Mr. Bryant worked as a member of the Litigation and Trial team for a global law firm, where he developed significant experience helping clients with complicated, high-stakes issues.

Mr. Bryant earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an editor of the Virginia Law Review.  While in law school, Mr. Bryant was also selected to be a Dillard Fellow Legal Research and Writing Assistant, part of the School of Law’s Legal Research and Writing Program.

Mr. Bryant is admitted to practice in the State of California and in the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
