Ms. Griffin’s experience involves defending businesses, professionals and individuals involved in a wide variety of civil and commercial litigation, including professional negligence, construction, personal injury, and insurance matters.
Her work has also included contract drafting and negotiation, corporate secretary functions, regulatory compliance and risk management while serving as Associate General Counsel for an energy company.
Ms. Griffin earned her Juris Doctor from UC Davis where she graduated Order of the Coif. She served as an Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review and the Senior Articles Editor for the Environs Environmental Law and Policy Journal.
Ms. Griffin is licensed to practice law in both California and Hawaii.
