Joe Yelda’s litigation practice focuses on business litigation and transportation law.

Mr. Yelda’s experience includes representing clients in insurance coverage disputes and uninsured/underinsured motorists claims with a focus on transportation and rideshare companies.

During law school, Mr. Yelda held law clerk positions for several large entities and firms including the California Innocence Project and Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Mr. Yelda earned his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University.

Mr. Yelda is fluent in Chaldean and is a San Diego native.
