Ms. Samuth’s clients range from individuals with modest to high-net worth estates, family and closely held businesses, as well as beneficiaries and fiduciaries such as individual and professional trustees. She is dedicated to providing the best possible service to her clients while assisting them to plan and resolve their legal matters.
Ms. Samuth enjoys getting to know her clients and takes immense pride with assisting them through the various personal and business matters impacting their lives. One of the most rewarding parts of her practice is creative problem solving with clients and their advisors. She frequently collaborates with clients and their tax and wealth advisors to design and implement solutions and plans tailored to address their unique and specific circumstances. Her compassionate and detailed approach to the practice of law brings her clients piece of mind with some of the most sensitive and stressful events of life.
As a native San Diegan, Ms. Samuth enjoys connecting with the community in her hometown, and is currently a member of Estates & Trusts Council of Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation. She also gives back to the community as a volunteer for the San Diego County Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes program, which provides wills and other estate planning documents free of charge to the county’s first responders. She was previously the monthly host of a weekly radio program regarding trust and estate matters, and she has also lectured extensively on the topic. In addition, she served a three-year term on the board for the La Jolla Probate Section.
