Meet Marty Eliopulos
I’m in my 24th year of practice here at Higgs, Fletcher and Mack. And what’s unique about my practice is that I’ve been doing the same thing for 24 years, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. I think there’s a distinct advantage for my clients in that I know almost every aspect and angle of a bankruptcy case as well as a commercial litigation case. So the client not only knows and understands their case, but they have the knowledge and understanding of the opponent’s case as well. At the end of the day when we’re going to battle, they’re going to know that they have a very aggressive, strong attorney giving them the best result possible.
