Molly H. Teas

Ms. Teas has experience representing clients in personal injury and products liability matters.

Ms. Teas is part of the H|F|M Transportation Team, where she defends trucking companies and other commercial entities in personal injury matters.  Additionally, Ms. Teas has experience representing local tribal nations and defending them in both state court and tribal court.

Ms. Teas is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law and was a member of USD’s National Mock Trial Team.  She competed in the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) competition, where she was awarded the “Best Trial Lawyer” of the Tournament. In her final year of law school, Ms. Teas participated in human trafficking research with the school’s Children’s Advocacy Clinic and was a recipient of the James A. D’Angelo Outstanding Child Advocate award for her efforts.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Teas earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from the University of San Diego in Political Science with a minor in Business Law and Ethics. Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, she enjoys country music and the beach in her free time.

Ms. Teas is an active member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, San Diego Defense Lawyers, Lawyer’s Club, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
