Ms. Lujan’s practice focuses primarily on civil and business litigation in state and federal courts.
Ms. Lujan has significant experience in public entity law and has successfully represented both private and public entities at all stages of litigation and gained extensive experience with law and motion.
Ms. Lujan is active in the San Diego legal community. She is a member of the Leadership Development Committee for the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the Notre Dame Club of San Diego, and had an article published in the El Paso Bar Journal.
Ms. Lujan earned her Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, she interned at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and later worked as a Post-Bar Law Clerk at the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office where she assisted the Homicides Unit and the misdemeanor trial team. Additionally, at the University of San Diego School of Law, she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Constitutional Law and was a teacher’s assistant for Torts and Constitutional Law. She served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Maria Salas-Mendoza for Texas District Court 120.
Prior to earning her law degree, Ms. Lujan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame where she studied and lived abroad in Angers, France. Ms. Lujan is fluent in both French and Spanish. Outside of work she enjoys traveling with her daughter and Latin ballroom dancing.
