Robert Peck is an experienced litigator. He works tirelessly to ensure his clients achieve their litigation objectives.
Mr. Peck represents clients facing professional liability and catastrophic personal injury claims. He also counsels and represents clients involved in complex business and commercial disputes.
Mr. Peck has an exceptional track record of success in court. Recently, he was a member of a trial team that obtained a seven-figure arbitration award in favor of a software development company against a competitor that refused to pay amounts due under a business partnership agreement. He was also instrumental in obtaining a significant jury verdict in favor of a holistic healing company stemming from the wrongful termination of a distribution agreement. Mr. Peck is not afraid to take on unusual matters. During a brief foray into election law, he obtained a writ of mandate directing the Orange County Registrar of Voters to revise a candidate’s statement that was false and misleading and an award of attorneys’ fees for his client.
Mr. Peck’s focus is always on achieving the best possible result for his clients, whether it be a favorable early settlement or a jury verdict.
Mr. Peck graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law where, upon his graduation, he was made a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, he was a member of the San Diego Law Review and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William Q. Hayes, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
