Ross Bautista is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, with a current emphasis on general business, healthcare, and other related matters.
Mr. Bautista brings a unique, business-minded perspective to his practice. Prior to joining Higgs Fletcher & Mack, Mr. Bautista was a tax consultant at the world’s largest professional services firm, where he served both private and public multinational clients. As a law clerk at a global law firm, he had the privilege of assisting clients with their general business and transactional matters. He also deals with complex litigation issues, including fraud, breach of contract, and professional liability. Mr. Bautista’s highest priority is the client’s business success, and he strives to provide effective solutions to address complex legal problems.
Mr. Bautista graduated cum laude with a concentration in business and corporate law from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was admitted to the international legal honor society of Phi Delta Phi for his academic achievements. During law school, he was recognized through awards and scholarships for his academic performance, proficiency in business and corporate law, student leadership, and work to support diversity.
Mr. Bautista is a published author, with an article recently printed in the University of San Diego School of Law’s San Diego Law Review.
