For instance, Hoisington reviews their content and files copyrights to protect their video and graphic content, files trademarks to protect their brands, both in the U.S. and in foreign countries, reviews potentially infringing uses of their content and takes steps to stop infringing uses, and advises them on all aspects of IP creation and use. Recently, Hoisington successfully got infringing content removed from Facebook, Twitter and Daily Motion.

“ChuChu TV is an exciting, expanding and fun company within the educational learning space. As of July 2016, the company has experienced impressive YouTube growth, including the addition of 200,000 subscribers every month” said Hoisington. “I’ve been very fortunate to work with their amazing executive team and play a role in protecting their IP as they continue to grow.”
