San Diego – March 21, 2018 – Higgs Fletcher & Mack (HFM), one of San Diego’s premier business law firms, announced that Rachel Moffitt has been named one of the region’s Influential Women by the San Diego Daily Transcript.

Moffitt is an appellate attorney specializing in civil and criminal appeals. In 2017, her second year of practice, she won two precedent-setting cases, successfully arguing and overturning previous legal decisions. She was also recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2017 and 2018, and serves on the Communications Committee of the newly formed Appellate Inn of Court.
