SAN DIEGO – June 20, 2018 – Higgs Fletcher & Mack (HFM), one of San Diego’s premier law firms, announced that Commercial Litigation attorney, Maggie Schroedter, was named a 2018 American Bar Association On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers.
With Higgs Fletcher & Mack, Schroedter specializes in commercial litigation matters, specifically pertaining to business disputes, business reorganization and other insolvency matters. She is also involved in several organizations including the San Diego County Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. She also serves as the president of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum and is a member of the Lawyers Club of San Diego Board of Directors.

Schroedter received her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Dean’s List Honors at Warrington College of Business. She received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the Public Interest Law Journal. In 2017 and 2018, Schroedter was named a Super Lawyers® “Rising Star,” a prominent accolade awarded to just 2.5 percent of lawyers in California.
