San Diego – October 14, 2020 – Higgs Fletcher & Mack (HFM), one of San Diego’s premier law firms, announced that corporate, real estate and bankruptcy attorney Rahil Swigart has been elected Vice Chair to the Board of Trustees of California Western School of Law.

Swigart is a 2003 graduate of Cal Western, and has served on the Board since 2014. She has become very involved in raising funds for the HFM Cal Western School of Law Diversity Scholarship, which is awarded annually to a Cal Western student who demonstrates ethical and civic leadership while serving underrepresented groups in the community.
