Super Lawyers is a rating system created by Thomson Reuters of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators, which include criteria such as verdicts/settlements, experience, honors/awards, special licenses/certifications, and pro bono and community service.
Each year, the prestigious industry accolades are awarded to the top lawyers on a state-by-state basis. “Rising Stars” are lawyers that are 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
