Richie Lozano is a part of HFM’s Transportation Law practice group.
Prior to joining HFM, Mr. Lozano gained valuable experience representing shareholders harmed by corporate malfeasance through shareholder derivative litigation and securities fraud class actions. Mr. Lozano also previously worked as a law clerk in the business litigation practice group for a nationwide litigation firm.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lozano worked for a large company in the transportation industry, collaborating with engineers, technicians, and executives. This role provided him with a strong foundation in technical problem-solving, customer service, and business operations.
Mr. Lozano graduated with honors from San Diego State University with a degree in criminal justice. He received his J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School, where he was an editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
