Ms. Mezan is a part of HFM’s Transportation Law practice group.

Prior to joining HFM, Ms. Mezan gained valuable experience working on a variety of employment issues.

Ms. Mezan served as a Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Jill Burkhardt, for the District Court for the Southern District of California. She also held a law clerk position with the San Diego office of Disability Rights California in the Civil Rights Practice Group.

Ms. Mezan earned a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she helped individuals change their names to match their gender identities, and she also competed on the school’s Mock Trial team. Prior to earning a law degree, Ms. Mezan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
