Anna L.B. Luedtke and Justine K. Wong have been named as the firm’s newest partners, effective January 1, 2025.

Luedtke is an experienced real estate attorney who represents clients in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development. Her practice includes negotiating and structuring real estate deals across various asset classes, including commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties, and she represents both commercial landlords and tenants. She has extensive experience drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, project plans, and construction contracts. In addition, Luedtke advises clients on corporate and entity formation, governance, and compliance issues. She earned her law degree from California Western School of Law and previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in technology from Purdue University.

Wong specializes in advising clients on a wide range of intellectual property matters. She works closely with in-house legal partners, as well as directly with business stakeholders, to develop domestic and worldwide strategies for protecting and enforcing clients’ intellectual property; analyze ownership issues; advise on licensing, assignment, and transfer of intellectual property; and resolve disputes and infringement claims. In addition, Wong provides guidance on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, domain name disputes, and Internet law issues. She has extensive experience representing clients across diverse industries, including life science, software, healthcare, consumer products, alcohol, and real estate, with the ability to truly understand her clients’ business objectives and crafting practical solutions to achieve their goals. Prior to earning her law degree from California Western School of Law, Wong earned both a Master of Science degree in biology and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California San Diego.
