San Diego Attorney Alexis Gutierrez has obtained de-certification of a 120,000+ member, multi-million dollar, certified class action brought against Sharp HealthCare. After 5-1/2 years, Alexis defeated a previously certified class action lawsuit brought against Sharp Healthcare for alleged violations of California’s Unfair Competition law and the Consumer Legal Remedy Act (CLRA).
