Aurora Gallardo has represented clients in bankruptcy, real estate, and business litigation matters from initial filing through trial preparation.

She has extensive experience drafting demand letters, briefs, motions, and discovery materials in both state and federal courts, and has argued key motions in bankruptcy proceedings on behalf of both debtors and creditors, including motions to dismiss and for relief from stay. Her practice also includes handling complex real estate disputes, multi-party mediations, and business dissolutions, where she has guided clients through all phases of the wind-down process, including negotiating with creditors and resolving related disputes. She also has experience in securities litigation and enforcement, tax law, and housing disputes.

Ms. Gallardo earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Lawyers Club of San Diego, the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, and the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court.
