Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP (“we,” “our,” or “the firm”) offers SMS text messaging for business communications with clients and other individuals who have consented to communicate with the firm by text message.
These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP attorneys and staff from firm-assigned phone numbers.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS messages from the firm at the mobile number provided.
Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP collects SMS opt-in consent verbally, either by phone or in person. During this process, you provide your mobile phone number and are informed that by providing your number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive business SMS messages from Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP.
Messages may include appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, case updates, document or information requests, and responses to your inquiries.

After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from that Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP number unless you opt back in.
You may reply START to resume receiving SMS messages from that number.
