Attorney Daniel L. Riordan practices as part of the firm’s Healthcare, Business Litigation, and Trusts & Estates Litigation Practice Groups.
Throughout his career, Mr. Riordan has advocated on behalf of clients in commercial litigation and in various business-related disputes. His experience includes breach of contract actions, officer and director liability, derivative lawsuits, partnership disputes, real estate litigation, professional liability litigation, unfair competition, trade secrets, and securities litigation.
Mr. Riordan graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Connecticut. He currently volunteers for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and was recognized in February 2024 as the organization’s “Pro Bono Attorney of the Month” and in March of 2024, Riordan was awarded the “Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services.”
