Francisco Garcia, Jr. assists clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, and a variety of tax related matters.
Mr. Garcia received his law degree in 2010 from the University of Texas at Austin. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science, from Stanford University.
Mr. Garcia, is a member of the California State Bar Association, Trust and Estates Section; and the San Diego County Bar Association, Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Section.
Previously, Mr. Garcia was an associate at a local law firm where he advised clients in estate planning matters, including the drafting of estate planning documents, and represented clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including contractual disputes, trust interpretation, and fraud claims.
