Jordan Steele is part of HFM’s Business Litigation Practice.

He has considerable experience representing consumers, institutions, and shareholders in complex, high-stakes litigation across federal and state courts. He has managed all phases of litigation, including case investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, settlement, and mediation.

Over the course of his practice, he has represented hundreds of clients, contributed to the development of novel legal theories in complex matters, and helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars in recoveries for consumers and investors.

He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as an editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law and was both a coach and competitor for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society. He also spent a year at the University of Hong Kong studying alternative dispute resolution and international humanitarian law and won first place at the 2018 South Texas College of Law negotiation competition in Houston, Texas. Mr. Steele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University prior to going to law school, and he is admitted to practice law in California, New Jersey, and New York.
