Kimia Kojouri’s practice includes all aspects of family law, and she has considerable experience representing clients in high-conflict cases.

Her clients appreciate her compassionate listening skills, caring demeanor, and active pursuit of creative and practical solutions to family law conflicts. As an immigrant herself, she is able to communicate patiently and empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that they feel fully supported throughout the legal process.

Prior to working in private practice, Ms. Kojouri held an externship at the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office gaining valuable trial experience in the Violent Felonies Unit and Homicide Unit. She also garnered experience working at the Family Law Facilitator’s Office at the Santa Clara County Family Justice Center.

Ms. Kojouri earned her Juris Doctor with honors from California Western School of Law.  Ms. Kojouri was born in Tehran, Iran and raised in Hanover, Germany before moving to California. She is fluent in both English and Farsi and can speak conversational Spanish.
