Rachel Raffield practices as part of Higgs Fletcher & Mack’s Transportation Practice Group.

Her experience includes representing clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract cases, partnership disputes, fraud claims, professional negligence matters and other business-related disputes.

Ms. Raffield has managed cases through various stages of litigation. She conducts legal research; drafts pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions and briefs; prepares cases for trial; and participates in depositions, court hearings and mediations.

During law school, Ms. Raffield gained experience through a clinical internship with the California Innocence Project. In that role, she assisted attorneys investigating and litigating cases involving substantial evidence of factual innocence. She also gained civil litigation experience through clerkships and internships with several law firms.

Ms. Raffield earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology, with a minor in political science, from Northern Arizona University.
