-Session Topic: Investing in Real Estate – Tips to Avoid the Pitfalls and the Recipe for a Diversified Portfolio-

SAN DIEGO – March 13, 2017 – Higgs Fletcher & Mack partner Sandra Brower is the lead speaker at UBS’ informational program scheduled for March 22 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Zodiac Restaurant in Fashion Valley.

Brower, a Real Estate Law attorney with the firm, will open the program by discussing how to negotiate a real estate deal with her insight into successfully navigating the process. She has extensive experience, on both sides of complex real estate litigation, with both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Her expertise includes cases involving eminent domain, land use and planning, environmental, contract disputes, broker liability, construction defects, homeowners associations, title and boundary disputes, and title insurance.
