HFM is proud to announce Timothy Tran has been promoted to Controller. In this role, Tim is responsible for the firm’s accounting-related activities, including high-level and managerial accounting, overseeing financial reporting, assisting with the preparation of budgets, and performing essential payroll duties.

Tim previously served as HFM’s Payroll Administrator and Staff Accountant and brings over 20 years of professional accounting experience to this position. He has also worked as an accountant in the pharmaceutical, software, data analytics, equestrian, and legal industries. Tim’s experience includes conducting financial audits, reconciling bank statements, ensuring accurate financial records, improving procedures for budget and variance analysis and supervising staff accountants.
