SAN DIEGO (May 2, 2024): Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP (HFM) is proud to welcome attorney Philip Mauriello, Jr. to the firm’s Trust & Estates Practice Group.

In his practice, Mauriello focuses on estate planning and probate litigation. Prior to joining HFM, Mauriello led a local firm’s estate planning and probate department and previously operated his own estate planning and litigation firm.

“Philip is a talented attorney with a wide range of experience in trust and estate matters,” said Jim Peterson, HFM’s Managing Partner. “I am confident Philip will be an asset to our growing Trusts & Estates Practice Group and will serve the firm’s clients well.”

Mauriello earned his law degree cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he was involved in Law Review, Moot Court, and the ADR Society. He previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of the Pacific.
