Next Friday, nearly a dozen Higgs Fletcher & Mack teammates will attend the Girl Scouts of San Diego’s 19th Annual Urban Glampout event at The Lodge at Girl Scouts’ Balboa Campus.

Higgs attendees will wear their most stylish camp attire for a dazzling evening under the stars that will include a rock ‘n’ roll band, gourmet dinner and various games.

With a mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place, the Girl Scouts raise funds through events like the Urban Glampout to support programs that encourage girls to explore science, technology, engineering and math, learn to love fitness and health, and gain a love of nature that grows into a lifelong commitment to the environment.

In addition, Higgs’ tax attorney, Mitch Dubick, and his wife, Julie, are very involved in the organization. Julie serves on the organization’s Board of Directors.
