Kyle Nageotte was recently named to the San Diego Business Journal’s list of “40 Next Top Business Leaders Under 40” for 2022. He was also named to San Diego Metro magazine’s “40 Under 40” list.  

The San Diego Business Journal’s recognition is intended to “introduce the young leaders, change-makers and innovators who are making waves, creating impact and leaving a positive mark on the San Diego community.” The San Diego Metro’s award recognizes San Diego’s “most outstanding young people.”

In his practice, Kyle represents employers, both large and small, in claims involving wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secrets, class actions, and the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
