Clayton Grant is a part of HFM’s Family Law Practice Group.
He represents clients in a variety of family law matters and his experience includes drafting litigation documents, including discovery motions, pleadings, stipulated judgments, findings and orders after hearing. He has also conducted evidentiary hearing preparations, argued evidentiary hearings, including direct examination and cross-examination of witnesses, researched family law and civil discovery matters, and conducted client interviews.
He earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law and previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Western Legal Traditions from Liberty University. During law school, Mr. Grant held internships with the Norfolk Office of the Public Defender in Virginia and the Rule of Law Institute in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is currently a volunteer attorney with San Diego Christian Legal Aid.
