Jake Sesti is a part of HFM’s Business Litigation and Employment Law practice groups.

Mr. Sesti has experience handling every aspect of civil litigation cases, including business disputes, corporate governance, construction defect, defamation, breach of contract, and more. He has managed every facet of case proceedings, from case analysis to drafting complaints, answers, demurrers, discovery motions, bankruptcy motions, dispositive pre-trial motions, mediation briefs, post-judgment motions, and appeals.

During law school, Mr. Sesti served as an intern at HFM, and he also gained valuable experience as a summer associate at a global law firm. Additionally, he was a Judicial Extern for the Federal District Court Judge Linda Lopez.

Mr. Sesti earned a Juris Doctor magna cum laude from California Western School of Law, where he graduated second in his class. In law school, he served as an Associate Writer and Editor for California Western Law Review and received numerous Academic Excellence Awards. Previously, Mr. Sesti earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from California Polytechnic State University, where he played Division 1 Club Lacrosse.
