Kathryn Callaghan practices as a part of HFM’s Business Litigation and Transportation Law Practice Groups.
Her litigation experience includes representing clients in personal injury and professional negligence matters. She has also facilitated large settlements for clients, and her experience includes motion practice and preparing mediation briefs.
Ms. Callaghan earned her law degree from California Western School of Law, where she was a member of the Appellate Moot Court Team. She received the 2021 Competitive Advocacy Program Scholarship and also received the American Jurisprudence Award, an award for academic achievement, in Criminal Law Theory and Appellate Advocacy.
Ms. Callaghan was an intern for the Rhode Island Department of the Attorney General.
