Nicole Martinez has practiced exclusively in family law since being admitted to the California Bar in 2012.

Ms. Martinez has been commended for her pragmatic approach to resolving her cases, as she truly recognizes that the resolution of every family’s case is unique, and she is determined to obtain favorable results for her clients whether through trial or mediation. She has practiced in San Diego County as well as Los Angeles County, where she specialized in high conflict, high asset divorce cases.

While Ms. Martinez was a law student, she volunteered at the Harriet Buhai Center for Family Law, where she learned what an important role family lawyers play in advocating for the best interests of children and on behalf of domestic violence victims. This experience helped to shape her practice, and now as a practicing attorney, Nicole has become particularly skilled at navigating the complex mixture of emotions, history, assets, and goals which are inherent in family law.
