Robert Lincoln is an associate attorney practicing in the firm’s business litigation practice group.  Mr. Lincoln represents businesses and government entities in all aspects of litigation.  Mr. Lincoln served five years in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, attaining the rank of Captain.  As a Judge Advocate, Mr. Lincoln served as prosecutor for the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division and subsequently defense counsel, representing Soldiers throughout California, Hawaii, and Nevada.  In both roles Mr. Lincoln served as lead counsel in more than thirty felony and misdemeanor court martial actions and adverse administrative hearings.

While in law school, Mr. Lincoln was awarded the President’s Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship.  Mr. Lincoln served as Third Year Class Representative to the Student Government and participated in moot court as a member of the Giles Sutherland Intellectual Property Team and New York City Bar National Moot Court Competition.  He was a Second Year intern for the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and a Law Clerk for Center for Diagnostic Imaging, Inc.
