Tyler Donaghy represents clients in complex litigation matters involving breach of contract, fraud, real estate non-disclosure, construction defect, commissions, and business disputes.

His experience includes representing clients in various court proceedings, depositions, mediations and negotiations, and managing complicated cases from beginning to end. In addition to his role as a litigator, Mr. Donaghy advises clients in pre-litigation situations, including purchase and sale agreements for residential and commercial property and acquisition and dissolution of large and small businesses.

Mr. Donaghy earned his law degree from California Western School of Law (CWSL). Previously, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a Pre-Law focus from California State University, Fresno. He is actively involved in the Real Estate Land Use Society, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the California Lawyers Association and has served as a supervising attorney for the CWSL Externship Program.
