Attorneys Aubrianna Bourgault, Brooke Harris and Justina Robinson Join HFM Team

SAN DIEGO (August 5, 2026): Higgs Fletcher & Mack (HFM) is proud to welcome attorneys Aubrianna Bourgault, Brooke Harris and Justina Robinson to the firm. Bourgault joins the firm’s Transportation Practice Group, Harris joins the Family Law Practice Group, and Robinson joins the firm’s Healthcare Litigation Practice.

Bourgault gained significant courtroom experience at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, where she participated in nine jury trials, conducted more than 100 preliminary hearings and drafted more than 100 motions. She also gained appellate experience with the California Attorney General’s Office and served as a judicial extern for the Hon. John A. Houston, Senior Judge, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Bourgault earned her law degree, graduating summa cum laude and first in her class, from California Western School of Law. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Harris has experience handling all aspects of family law matters, including high-asset divorce, legal separation, child custody and domestic violence cases. Her experience also includes representing clients in court, conducting legal research and developing case strategy throughout all phases of litigation. Harris earned her law degree from the University of California Law, San Francisco and previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Michigan State University. During law school, she completed internships focused on family law, dependency matters and civil litigation while contributing more than 200 hours of pro bono service and received multiple honors recognizing her commitment to public service and social justice.

Prior to joining HFM, Robinson served as a Deputy Attorney General with the California Attorney General’s Office, where she managed an independent litigation caseload representing correctional healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, in federal civil rights actions. Her experience includes drafting responsive and dispositive pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, preparing settlement requests and assisting with complex healthcare class action litigation. Robinson earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she served as Senior Editor of the California Western International Law Journal after previously serving as an Associate Writer. During law school, she also served as a Student Research Assistant and completed judicial and government clerkships with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of California and the San Diego City Attorney’s Office.  Robinson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Anthropology, with a minor in Journalism, from the University of California, Berkeley.
