Joseph Cohen is a litigation attorney and a member of HFM’s Transportation Practice.

He has broad litigation experience, including defending clients in medical and dental malpractice and personal injury matters. His experience includes developing case strategies, negotiating settlements, preparing clients to testify, and advocating on their behalf at hearings and motion proceedings. He has also played a key role in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, including a matter involving a major corporation that resulted in a successful settlement.

Mr. Cohen earned his law degree from California Western School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. While in college, he served as a legislative and communications intern in the office of U.S. Representative Steve Knight. In this role, he conducted legislative research, attended congressional hearings, and prepared briefings on key policy issues.
