Nicole Saab is a member of Higgs Fletcher & Mack’s Business Litigation Practice Group.

She represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including complex construction defect, property damage, premises liability and breach of contract disputes.

Ms. Saab has experience managing cases through all stages of litigation. She drafts and defends motions, conducts discovery, takes depositions, negotiates settlements and represents clients in mediations. Her experience includes preparing motions for summary judgment, demurrers and motions to compel, as well as analyzing discovery responses and handling discovery disputes.

During law school, Ms. Saab gained experience as a law clerk with a civil litigation firm and as a legal intern with the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office and the University of San Diego School of Law’s Civil and Immigration Clinics.

Ms. Saab earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was selected as a San Diego County Bar Association Diversity Fellow. She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science–international studies from the University of California, San Diego.

Ms. Saab is fluent in English, French and Arabic and has basic proficiency in Spanish.
