Phil Samouris recently participated in a panel discussion webinar for the State Bar of California, Intellectual Property Law Section. The webinar, “Proving Lost Profits in Patent Infringement Cases,” provided insight into how one can seek lost profits damages or seek a reasonable royalty as damages in patent infringement cases. The program also explored issues and problems in obtaining a lost profits award.
